  • Be on time to class (we recommend 10 minutes early) as a courtesy to students and teacher.
  • We do not encourage leaving class early….you miss out on the full benefit! If you do have to leave, please let the instructor know before class.
  • To minimize trips out of the yoga room, please bring plenty of drinking water into class.
  • When entering and leaving the Yoga room, refrain from talking so as not to disturb those who wish to prepare for class quietly.
  • Please leave shoes in dressing room. . .no shoes in the Yoga room.
  • Please use a Yoga mat during class.
  • For your own protection, no gum chewing during class.
  • Do not eat 1-2 hours prior to class time.
  • Personal valuables may be taken into the yoga room and placed to the back of room/rack.
  • Please refrain from perfume or cologne use prior to practice.
  • Print name on the sign-in sheet before you take class.
  • Keep membership up to date…be mindful of expiration dates.
  • Cell phones/pagers are to be turned off or in silent mode in the Yoga room.
  • If you are pregnant or have any medical issues, it is your responsibility to tell the instructor before class begins.
  • Practice with an attitude of gratitude…..Have FUN!!
