But don't sweat it. The beauty is that for every class this style of yoga uses the same 26 poses created by Indian yoga master Bikram Choudury. And you don't have to remember a thing. Yoga teachers talk you through the 90-minute routine in detail. Do what they say, bending and stretching well short of pain. But just don't think about it. Let it go, as the yogis say.
