3rd Annual Arizona Asana Championships a Huge Success!
Held on October 22, 2005 at the Bikram Yoga Institute...it was a huge success!

Over 100 people joined to watch 15 demonstrators (4 men and 11 women) for a 2-hour demonstration of Yoga. This was not about winners or losers, right or wrong, good or bad...but was a CELEBRATION of YOGA. It represented discipline, focus, determination, strength and courage. Most of all, it represented one's will to self improve! To better and change lives through the practice of yoga.

Representing Arizona in the International Yoga Asana Championships in February 2006 will be John Reyner, Octavio Gamboa, Elissa Zeltzer and Rebecca Booth.
It was a spectacular demonstration and we thank all participants for inspiring us!
