All the Institute's teachers are Bikram certified with excellent teaching skills for all levels. The friendly staff will help you make an easy transition through our doors (whether it is your first time in a yoga class or in our school). We have showers on premise for both men and women.

Why it's important to have Bikram Certified Instructors
